First Baking Class

I just completed my first baking class! Advanced Cake Decorating with Chef Rachel at her bakery, Blackmarket Bakery (http://www.blackmarketbakery.com/index.html). I picked up a few tricks about coloring and rolling out fondant. I learned that topsy turvey cakes are difficult to construct-I will definitely need to practice more.
